When The Unweaving enters the battlefield, return all planeswalkers from your graveyard to the battlefield.

For each planeswalker you control, you may activate one of its loyalty abilities once each turn as though none of its loyalty abilities have been activated that turn.

The Mending fixed the holes in the multiverse... The Unweaving ripped them back apart.
