Whenever Rikku attacks, exile the top card of defending player’s library face down.

Whenever Rikku deals combat damage to a player, reveal a card at random from among cards exiled by Rikku. If it is a noncreature, nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If you don't cast a card this way, put it on the bottom of it's owner’s library.
