Whenever Gilgamesh attacks. create a Spirit Blade token attached to Gilgamesh, then roll a d20 and add the number of equipment attached to Gilgamesh to the result:

1-5 | If Gilgamesh would deal damage this turn, prevent all but 1 of that damage.

10-20 | If Gilgamesh would deal damage this turn, he deals that much damage plus 2 instead.
