Enchant creature

Fair Trial enters with session counters on it equal to enchanted creature’s power.

Enchanted creature can’t attack or block and has “{T}: Remove a session counter from Fair Trial. Then if it has no session counters on it, destroy Fair Trial.”

The tribunal of Avos is one of the few agencies of Arcadia that is not yet corrupt.
